Aqua fitness is exercise done in the water, which means it places less strain on your joints and muscles than other forms of training. Exercising in water provides a beneficial workout for all those wanting to strengthen their muscles and speed up their metabolism in a gentle, yet effective way.

Through targeted breathing exercises, you can recharge your energy and optimally prepare your body for stress. In this course, you will learn breathing techniques that give you focus, increase your energy and reduce stress. For all the early birds out there, we offer exhilarating brisk hikes before breakfast so you can start your day the active way. Enjoy one and a half hours of activity and reward yourself with a hearty breakfast afterwards.

Our children's programme combines exercise and fun. Whether children's yoga, gymnastics or stretching - here the little ones learn to improve their body awareness and flexibility in a playful way. Creative exercises promote coordination and boost self-confidence, while at the same time focussing on the joy of movement. An ideal way to get children interested in a healthy and active lifestyle at an early age.

In our ‘Introduction to Meditation’ course, we offer you the opportunity to immerse yourself in the practice of mindfulness through simple and effective meditation techniques and gentle breathing exercises. For our early birds, our morning warm-up courses offer the ideal preparation for the challenges of a day in the mountains. Through simple but effective exercises for mobilisation, strengthening and flexibility, we ensure that you are well prepared for your winter sports adventure, a hike or other outdoor activities. These dynamic sessions help you to activate your body, promote mobility and start the day full of energy.

Our gentle morning yoga sessions activate the body and focus the mind. The classes offer a harmonious combination of stretches, flowing movements and mindful breathing that is suitable for all levels. Bike guides Sabrina and Stefan share their expertise and knowledge of Saalfelden Leogang with guests keen to explore the region on two wheels. The rides, which include tips on bike-handling and other skills, take in the most beautiful spots in the region. Downhill mountain bikers will enjoy the local bike park just a few steps from the hotel.

In our evening relaxation courses, you will learn how to stretch, relax and bring your body to rest. After an active day in the mountains, these sessions offer a soothing break to loosen up the muscles and promote regeneration. These courses are particularly ideal for athletes who want to relax after a challenge on the piste or during a hike. They help to relax the body, calm the mind and promote restful sleep so that you can start the next day with renewed energy.

Snowshoeing is one of our most popular winter activities. It gives guests the opportunity to experience vast winterscapes and pristine nature in a new way. Hiking guide Stefan will take you on a gentle walk across open fields and through thick forests, far from the hustle and bustle of the busy ski slopes. Enjoy the quiet of winter during this special adventure.

You’ve always wanted to understand the fascination of ski touring? Now's your chance! Our hiking guide, Stefan, is also a certified ski guide and offers entry-level tours for those looking to try the sport for the first time. Equipment is available to rent from the Sport Mitterer shop opposite the hotel. All descents are on the groomed ski pistes, so even skiers with basic ski skills can take part.

If you’re a beginner or simply feel like taking it slowly, you should join Stefan on one of his ski days for beginners. Together you will explore the pistes of Skicircus Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn with ease and savour the scenic views. Allow three hours for the tour.

Venture out onto the Leogang ski slopes for some intense skiing. This activity is suitable for experienced skiers only. Allow four to five hours for your ski adventure.

During the fitness class stressed muscles and joints are strengthened. The focus is put on the legs, core, back and shoulders.

Our circuit training in our Panorama Gym is an intensive and varied method of increasing your physical fitness in a group. This dynamic workout specifically promotes your strength, endurance and flexibility. We work together to strengthen your body holistically and prepare you optimally for upcoming challenges - both in everyday life and in sporting activities.
